A Quiet Beginning to the Year

A small, in-person gathering for women choosing who they are becoming — before the year asks anything of them..

January 3, 2026 · 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM · In-person, intimate setting

Held in a private home to preserve presence, safety, and depth.

(Address shared after registration)

Why This Gathering Exists

This is not a workshop.

It’s not a program.

And it’s not RISING.

This is a quiet, intentional space to pause — before the year accelerates — and reconnect with who you are allowing yourself to become.

Before goals.

Before plans.

Before pressure.

For three hours, we will slow down, reflect honestly, move gently, and create space for clarity to emerge — without forcing answers.

Nothing needs to be solved.

Nothing needs to be figured out.

You don’t need to arrive with anything prepared.

This gathering exists so you can feel your next season before naming it.

What We’ll Do Together

This morning moves through three quiet arcs:

• What was — honoring and releasing the year you’re leaving

What is — noticing what remains, without judgment

What could be — allowing what wants to emerge, without forcing form

Not as an exercise.

As a lived reflection.

Flow of the Morning

9:00 – 9:15

Arrival, grounding, settling into the space

9:15 – 10:00

Guided facilitation with Carolyn

A reflective journey through what was, what is, and what could be — releasing 2025, noticing what remains, and allowing what’s beginning to take shape as you step into 2026.

This time is spacious and gently guided — not goal-driven or directive.

10:00 – 10:45

Facilitator-led somatic movement and quiet reflection

An embodied integration space to let what’s surfaced move through the body and settle without words.

(I will step away briefly during this time to host the RISING virtual call.)

10:45 – 11:00

Pause, transition, gentle reset

11:00 – 12:00

Declaration circle — optional sharing, witnessing, and closing

Each woman is invited (never required) to speak what she is becoming and have it witnessed by the room.

The rhythm of the morning is intentional — allowing reflection, embodiment, and integration to each have their own space.

WHO THIS SPACE IS FOR

This Space Is For You If…

You’re in a season of transition or becoming

You want depth without intensity

You crave clarity that comes from stillness

You value small, intentional rooms

You want to begin the year grounded, not rushed

This Is Not…

A planning workshop

A vision board event

A replacement for RISING

A large group experience

The Container

This gathering is intentionally limited to 20 women.

It will be held in my home to preserve presence, focus, and a carefully held environment.

This is offered quietly and intentionally — not because it’s exclusive, but because it’s purposefully small.

Contribution

This gathering is offered on a contribution basis, trusting each woman to give in alignment with her capacity.

Suggested contribution: $75–$150

Your contribution supports:

Preparation and materials

Light food and care of the space

The integrity of a small, grounded container

No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Because this is a small, in-person gathering with limited seating and preparation involved, all registrations are final.

If something unexpected arises, you’re welcome to reach out and we’ll respond with care.

Practical Details

Light food will be provided

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement

Parking is available in the back of the property

(A simple map will be sent after registration)

A Personal Note

I’m offering this gathering quietly — not because it’s exclusive, but because it’s intentional.

If you feel drawn to begin the year this way — with presence, honesty, and space to listen — I would be honored to hold this time with you.

No. Sharing is always optional.

Will this be offered again?

Possibly — but not in this form or size.

What should I bring?

Yourself. Comfortable clothing. Everything else will be provided.
